1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of evanmiyakawa.com (the “Site”), a free social games site with casino-style games for entertainment. By opening an account or using the Site you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you disagree with any of them, please don’t use the Site.
2. This is not gambling
- The Site is for fun only. It does not offer real-money gambling.
- You can’t pay, deposit or stake real money, and you can’t win or withdraw any.
- There are no cash prizes, vouchers or other rewards with real-world value.
- Doing well in a free game doesn’t mean you would do well when gambling for real.
3. Play Tokens
Play Tokens are a free, virtual in-site currency. Each new account receives 75,000. Play Tokens have no monetary value: they can’t be bought, sold, withdrawn, redeemed, given to another person, or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. We may adjust, reset or remove balances, for instance to fix an error, stop misuse or when an account is closed.
4. Who may use the Site
- You must be at least 18, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher.
- You may use the Site only where doing so is lawful. We may refuse registration in some countries.
- We can ask you to confirm your age or details, and may close accounts with false information.
- The Site isn’t meant for anyone under 18. If you think a minor has an account, tell us through the Support page.
5. Your account
You need to be logged in to a free account to open the games. Sign up with an email address and password, or with Google. Give accurate details, keep your login private, and remember you’re responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account, please. Let us know quickly if you suspect someone else has used yours. You can delete your account any time from My account or by asking us.
6. Behaving properly
Please don’t: use the Site while under age; set up false or duplicate accounts; try to hack, probe, overload or disrupt the Site or its games; use bots or automated tools; copy or reverse-engineer the games or code; send spam or unlawful content through our forms; or use the Site for anything illegal. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. The games and third-party content
Games appear in a frame on our pages and are loaded from evanmiyakawa.com. They’re provided “as is”, outcomes are random, and nothing is guaranteed. We may add, change or remove games and they may sometimes be unavailable. Games may use their own browser storage to work; see the Cookie Policy.
8. Playing responsibly
Please keep play balanced. You can request a break or account restriction any time via the Support page, and our Play Smart page lists tools and outside help.
9. Ownership
The Site, its design, text, games and logos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may use them for personal, non-commercial play. Copying, selling or redistributing them needs our written permission.
10. Availability and updates
We aim to keep the Site running but can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or pause any part of it. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and carrying on using the Site means you accept the update.
11. Liability
The Site is free and offered “as is”. As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for loss or damage from using the Site or its games, or from losing Play Tokens, which have no monetary value. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited or affects your statutory consumer rights.
12. Stopping
You can stop using the Site and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop running the Site.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where we are established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you hold where you live.
